I sat down with Tiffany Pederson-Henry, a newly Yale graduate, to discuss diversity and inclusion in sports. During her time at Yale, Tiffany helped start Yale Bulldogs for Change, an on-campus group for black student athletes. Hear about Tiffany's experiences during her time at Yale as well as many other stories that Tiffany and I share relating to race and sports.
One thing we both concluded during our conversation, is that while sports have oftentimes become a safe space for black athletes, there is still a lot of work that needs to be done. This is definitely not going to be out last conversation on this topic.
